Sale Items

Sale items purchased online cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any archive sale items, discounted, bulk discount or free shipping discount offer when purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be returned to you at your cost.

30 day return policy

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products, if your not satisfied you can return your item to us within 30 days for an exchange or credit note. For more details and explicit terms see our website terms and conditions of use.

To request a return please contact our team via the Customer Contact form and return your item along with the Order Reference. Our return address is provided on your delivery slip (included in your package).

We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 24 business hours of receipt. If you have not received a response within 2 days, please contact us again through our help desk ensuring you have submitted the correct email address.

We are not responsible or liable for any issue or failure to respond where incorrect information is provided, or where emails are not received by the sender after we reply.  

Change of mind

Sunnies.com.au offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy on all purchases. The item/s must be returned in original condition within 30-days from ordering the item. Sunnies.com.au will happily exchange the item or provide a credit note, or voucher.

Shipping is non-refundable and returns are at the cost of the purchaser unless otherwise specified.

Please return your item to us at the address provided on your delivery slip with your order number included. You must lodge a return notice via our online customer portal, within 7 days of receiving your item. All items must be returned in original condition with no damage and tags intact. 

Faults & damage

If your product has a fault or you have received an incorrect item, Sunnies.com.au will accept returns and will send you a replacement item or refund at no cost to you.

Please contact our team via our contact form to request a return label, once received please post your item to us including the order number for quick processing. You must lodge a return notice via our online customer portal within 7 days of receiving your item. All items must be returned in original condition with no damage and tags intact. 

Sunnies.com.au will provide you with a no questions asked refund or replacement where your item is:

- faulty

- not as described

Postage and Packaging

Express Post orders are dispatched 4-48 hours after placing your order, unless your item is on backorder or out of stock. Regular post orders will be processed in 2 business days, unless specified in any correspondence or in our terms and conditions. Backorder products can take between 3 and 14 days for delivery. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified and given the option to wait, select another item at no extra cost, or receive a full refund.

Sunnies.com.au offer a flat postage and packaging fee for all orders.

We take great care to wrap your products as best we can to protect them in transit. However we can not control all enroute handling so if your order is in anyway damaged during the transit, please contact our team.

Express Post 

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly, however we are not responsible for any late or missing items. Next day delivery guarantee offered by Australia Post applies to the suburbs listed at the link below, rules are solely at the discretion of Australia Post and we are unable to warrant any timelines by carriers. To enquire on your shipment, or with any timeline issues, please contact Australia Post.  Sunnies.com.au is unable to provide shipping refunds for late, missing orders. If your delivery is missing or late you can lodge a complaint online with Australia Post.

Sunnies.com.au warrants your products until they are sent, we use Australia Post and once sent, tracking updates will be sent to you via the registered email address. If you require a signature on delivery please select that option during checkout.

Sunnies.com.au reserves the right to alter any information or price across the site at any time. Where incorrect information is identified, Sunnies.com.au will update it as soon as possible. If you have received an incorrect item, or item that is not as described, we will replace it at no cost to you.

If for any reason the item you have ordered is no longer available, or out of stock we will immediately contact you and offer an alternate option or full refund. 

Sunnies.com.au aim to provide 100% satisfaction. If your not 100% satisfied with your order, send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
