**CHRISTMAS SHIPPING TERMS**
Please note all Regular Post orders will be dispatched 24-48 working hours from the date received, during the Christmas period. All Express Post orders received before 12noon daily will be shipped on the same day up to the 21st December.
We will be closed from the 22nd to the 28th December. All items received during this period will be processed and shipped on the 28th and 29th of December.
Please note at this time of year it is extreamly busy, aand there can be shipping delays. Due to the high volume of orders and the need to protect your items in transit, ALL orders will require a signature for delivery unless specific instruction is made at checkout. We want to ensure all our customers are happy and receive their goods in time for Christmas Shipping therefore a set rate of $9.95 for Regular Post with signature and $12.95 Express Post with signature will be charged.

You must not use the Sunnies.com.au website in any way that is illegal under Australian law or in any way that may cause harm to Sunnies.com.au or it's users.
Sunnies.com.au reserves the right to block access to the website where inappropriate behaviour is detected.
You must not collect or redistribute the information or images available on the Sunnies.com.au website, either by data-mining or other methods.

30 day return policy
Sunnies.com.au offer a no questions asked 30-day return policy on all purchases. The item/s must be returned in original condition within 30-days from order. Sunnies.com.au will happily exchange the item or provide a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable and returns are at the cost of the purchaser.
If your product has a default, Sunnies.com.au will accept returns within 30-days of purchase and we will send you a replacement item at no cost. Please contact us to request a merchandise return slip.
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products, if your not happy simply return your item with 30 days, no questions asked. :)
If you would like to return your product please contact us via the Customer Contact form and return your item along with the Order Reference. Our return address is provided on your delivery slip (included in your package).
We respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours of receipt, if you have not received a response, please contact us again through our help desk ensuring you have submitted the correct email address.
Postage and Packaging
Express Post orders are dispatched between 2-24 hours from placing your order. All regular post orders received will be processed within 2 business days. Backorder products can take between 3 and 10 days for delivery. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified within 24hours of your order and can select to wait for your item, select another item at no extra cost, or alternately receive a full refund.
Sunnies.com.au offer a flat postage and packaging fee for all orders. In order to provide you with great quality sunnies at great prices shipping includes packaging costs.
We take great care to wrap your products as best we can to protect them in transit. However we can not control all enroute handling so if your order is in anyway damaged during the transit, we will replace your order for you at no cost.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Small orders will be bubble wrapped and sent in standard post packs, large orders boxed and Express Post items will be boxed, bubble wrapped and sent in Express Post Satchels to ensure a timely delivery.
Express Post - It is important to be aware of the Express Post delivery network. Please click on the link herein to see if your location is warranted by the next day guarantee. Sunnies.com.au is unable to provide any refunds for late receipt of orders if you do not fall within the network guranteed by Australia Post. View link: Express Post Guarantee Network. If your delivery is late you can lodge a complaint online with Australia Post and request a refund on your shipping.
Sunnies.com.au warrants your products until they are sent, we use Australia Post and once sent, we will provide you with a tracking number in which we will take no further responsibility in the delivery process. We do not provide signature on delivery for orders under $60.
